The following are various side effects caused by the insertion of silicone. These are 3 different cases
each with specific explanation. Since it's just a picture it's not as real as seeing it live.

A. Alloderm was wrapped around the tip of the silicone however the nose was "over-lifted" which made the nasal tip thin like a ripe tomato-skin. The nasal tip couldn't handle the pressure and the silicone is also about to come out. The operation was done on the 27th of August urgently. If there is infection in addition to this the case would be one of the worst.

B. The white heart-shaped silicone could be felt at the tip of the nose. There was no infection but the nasal tip got too thin and made the silicone visible.

C. It's a similar case to the one mentioned above. Nevertheless the outline of the silicone is visible and its surrounding is sucked in. Apparently the white silicone is also reflecting itself.

A. 실리콘 끝에다 알로덤으로 쌌지만 무리하게 코끝을 올리다 보니 코끝이 견디지 못하고 피부가 얇아져서 마치 잘익은 토마토 껍질처럼 투명하게 알로덤이 들여다 보이고 실리콘이 탈출직전입니다. 8월 27일 응급으로 수술하였습니다.
염증이 동반된 경우로 이런 경우가 가장 문제가 됩니다.

B. 실리콘이 마치 하트모양으로 하얗게 코끝에서 만져집니다. 염증이 동반은 되지않았지만 피부가 얇아져서 실리콘이 들여다 보입니다.

C. 이분도 B분과 마찬가지인데 이분은 실리콘의 윤곽이 들어남과 함께 실리콘 주위가 파였습니다. 물론 실리콘이 하얗게 비쳐보이고요.
