Kelloid is a congenital tendency of a small cut or wound becoming a big scar. It's rare in Korean and quite common among Black people. 

A person with kelloid constitution can have a big scar after cosmetic surgery. So far there is no known cure for kelloid. Also there is no way to find out whether you are kelloid consitution.

I have inquiries regarding kelloid constitution but usually kelloid symptom does not appear on eyes or nose. It might happen if many revisions are performed.

If you have experienced big scar from a small wound in the past you should tell the surgeon about it before the surgery.
 
Anyways it is rare in Korea and I have had only one case of it and you can see the case in the picture.
I only incised her ear once and it resulted the scar in the picture.
