This patient had rhinoplasty using silicone 4 and a half years ago. Since a year ago this patient's skin around the inserted silicone area turned as if it was burnt.Also like the black arrow shows her forehead is also carved in.

We can't conclude that it's directly related to silicone however since other parts of the body are just fine and these weird changes occurred around the area where the silicone was inserted so silicone is the most suspected. Second rhinoplasty is planned for this patient I wonder if her skin will come back to normal.

In addition you can see the silicone that is sticking out like a stick(blue arrow).

실리콘으로 수술한지 4.5년 되시는 분입니다.

1년전부터 실리콘 삽입부위를 중심으로 피부가 마치 화상입은 피부처럼 색이 변하고 이마까지 골이 패이는 것을 주소로 오신 분입니다(검은 화살표).

지금 실리콘과 관계있다 단정지어 말할 수는 없지만 몸의 다른 곳에 이상이 없고 실리콘 넣은자리를 중심으로 이런 변화가 나니까 일단 실리콘에 의한 부작용이 가장 의심됩니다. 재수술 예정입니다. 피부가 돌아올지 모르겠네요

마치 막대기같은 실리콘의 티도 많이 나죠(파란색 화살표).
