The picture on the very left displays a pretty nasal tip lifted with silicone as much as it could. However if you look at the picture in the middle and the one at the right the situation is quite different. You can see that the nasal tip is lifted too sharply and looks artificial. Patients who had such surgery with silicone come for revision. In my opinion beauty is possible only when one also considers its safety. Over-lifted nose with foreign grafts lead to complication. The patient from the picture on the very right had a revision surgery due to infection. A proper nasal tip surgery can make a prettier and more natural-looking
nose than the one on the left.
