When carrying out augmentation rhinoplasty; foreheadphiltrumchin and the side face should be considered as well since the nose is a nose within the face. If a patient with a flat forehead augments the nose it looks weird. The picture shows an augmentation of the forehead using gore-tex.
If one has not enough chin then augmenting it will make the face look more balanced and beautiful entirely.
