It's a picture that shows the removal of the silicone. When silicone gets inserted in the body the body forms a capsule to isolate itself from the silicone protecting the body. Therefore the removal of the silicone is easy.
Commonly they say that gore-tex is hard to remove when complications occur but it's not difficult at all.
Since gore-tex's rate of complication is low; there is no need to worry as much as silicone.
If there is a problem that would be when the cartilage area is mashed. In our clinic we operate by bringing the cartilage back into shape. After the operation there is no problem even though one messes around with the nose like it's their own.

흔히들 부작용시에 고어는 제거가 어렵다고 말합니다.
하지만 고어도 역시 제거하는데에 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 
부작용의 자체의 발생이 적기 때문에 제거의 걱정을 실리콘만큼 할 필요가 없습니다.

재수술시에 문제가 죄는 부분은 연골부위가 떡이 되어있는 것입니다. 저희 클리닉의 경우 원래의 구조로 복원을 시키면서 수술합니다. 수술 후에 원래의 코처럼 마음대로 주물러도 상관이 없습니다.
