Commonly during rhinoplasty consultation they only mention the positive aspects of silicone and negative aspects of the rest of the materials. However gore-tex is a material as soft as leather.
That's why it's hard to insert. Since silicone is hard it can be held and pulled in; but gore-tex tends to fold. That's why gore-tex was manufactured hard now with adhesives. Anyway gore-tex itself is very soft.
I use soft gore-tex that is used to operate pulmonary valves.

It's because of my patented Jung's forceps. Jung's forceps can hold on to soft cartilages or gore-tex and insert it in the desired place. There's a groove in the middle of the forceps so it can be removed after inserting the material at the exact place with the thinnest needle.

흔히들 코성형 상담시 실리콘의 장점만 다른 재료의 단점만을 듣습니다. 고어는 가죽과 같은 부드러운 재료입니다.

그러니까 코안에 넣기가 힘듭니다. 실리콘은 단단하므로 뒤를잡고 쑤욱 밀어넣으면 되지만 고어는 그렇지 못하고 구겨집니다. 그래서 접착제로 붙인 단단한 고어가 나온것입니다. 그러나 원래의 고어는 아주 부드러운 재료입니다.

저는 원래 심장판막 수술에 쓰는 부드러운 고어를 씁니다.

제가 특허를 받은 정'S forceps 때문입니다.
이 forceps는 부드러운 연골이나 고어를 물고 원하는 위치까지 감싸고 들어갈 수 있습니다. 이 forceps는 날 가운데에 홈이 있어서 정확한 위치에서 피부를 통하여 가장 작은 주사바늘로 고정한 후에 빼내게 되어있습니다.

현재 17만원씩에 많이 보급되어 있습니다.
