코밖 절개법은 코기둥(columella)에 절개선을 넣는 것입니다. 단점은 흉이 남을 수 있다는 것이고 장점은 수술시야가 좋아서 완전한 교정이 가능하다는 것입니다.opening of the exterior of nose is a surgery that inserts a wjfro line through the rooftop of nose(columella) The demerit is that it may leave a scar and the merit is that a perfect revision is possible with a better 수술시야.
현재 미국의 경우 80년대 부터 코안과 코밖절개법을 선호하는 의사들 사이에 argue가 있었으나 80%이상이 현재 코밖 접근법을 시행하고 있습니다.Currently in America ever since the year 1980's people preferred to get opening the exterior of the nose but there was alot of arguments between the doctors and more than about 80% of the peopleare implementing this surgery.
대표적인 절개법은 역시 다섯가지가 있으나 그중 gooman's법과 stair-step 법이 가장 선호되고 있습니다. 필자의 경우에도 두가지를 주로 쓰고 있으며 가장 흉이 보이지 않습니다.A typical opening method also has five kinds and the most preferred is the goodman's law and stair step law. I usually use these two methods the most and there's a lesser chance of getting a scar.
