It's a silicone inserted all the way up to the tip. It was inserted in a hooked and deviated nose which rather made them look worse. The silicone was 10 years old which was already very hard like a rock since its calcification has occurred. There were people who said that it will be fine if a softer silicone is inserted but at the majority of times calcification will probably occur. Apparently the surrounding tissues aren't normal as well as the color and looks hard.

코끝까지 넣은 실리콘입니다. 매부리와 휘어진코에 넣은 실리콘으로 두가지 변형을 가리기보다는 더 도드라지게 하였던 경우입니다. 10여년만에 제거하는 것으로 석회화로 돌처럼 딱딱해져 있었습니다. 부드러운 시릴콘을 넣으면 괜찮다는 분들도 있으나 시간이 흐르면 대개의 경우 석회의 침착이 일어나는 것 같습니다. 보기에도 주변의 조직이 정상이 아니고 색도 그렇고 단단해 보입니다.
