It's a correction of a wide nose. In this case osteotomy is carried out to narrow it. In most clinics they just augment the bridge to correct this. However only narrowing the bone can make the bridge look narrow. Only osteotomy was carried out without inserting any other graft in this case. The freckle was eliminated as well.
