Alar base reduction is possible as much as one wants. However there are a few limits. If the nostril is too small it can't be reduced much. The nostrils will get closed otherwise. Also if the alar base itself is too thick there are limits. Other than this the reduction is possible as much as one can. In addition if the nasal tip is augmented together then better results will be achieved.

코폭을 줄이는 것은 얼마던지 가능합니다. 그러나 몇가지 변수가 있습니다. 콧구멍이 너무 작다면 많이 줄이지 못합니다. 콧구멍이 닫혀버리니까요. 그리고 콧망울 자체의 두께가 너무 두꺼운 사람은 한계가 있습니다.
그렇지 않다면 얼마던지 교정이 가능합니다. 참고로 사진처럼 코끝을 올려주는 수술을 동방함으로써 더 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있습니다.
