For warped nose hump nose big nose and wide nose osteotomy is required. Some surgeons try to avoid the procedure by grinding nasal bone or covering with silicone. But it's obviously wrong. All surgeries should be performed along the priciples to avoid any problems. Osteotomy is not that difficult for trained doctors.
