The patient lives in Dong Hae and she sent some dried cuttlefish in token of gratitude. She suffered for a long time because of her nose and nowadays she says she's so much happier after revision.
The longest silicone implant was removed and only autogratf was used for the surgery. She can breath though her nose and the shape also became much more beautiful but the picture was taken 8 days after the surgery so we only show the down side. Still a bit swollen but the nostrils look so much better. Correction of deformed nostrils are not easy at all.

The implant caused deformity of nasal columna and left scar. The reason for using this long silicone implant is to augment nasal tip but autograft must be used for nasal tip augmentation. Safety is prior to shape.
