Many patients visit our clinic because they are not happy with their nostrils.
The main reasons of showing nostrils too much from the front view are turned up nose and big nasal alar. In this case nose augmentation has to be done together with alar base reduction.
The patient in the picture wanted only alar base reduction. So only 50% of correction could be done.
