피부가 두꺼운 분들은 잘안나타나지만 코수술을 할때에는 코끝에 마름모꼴의 형태가 나타나는 것이 바람직합니다.
It is beautiful to have a nose tip with an expression point. It will not show through for those who have a thick layered sin but when performing a rhinoplasty it is desirable to see a diamond shape appear in front tip of the nose. 
이 형태는 원래 코에서 해부학적으로 나타나는 점들입니다. 마름모의 윗끝은 아래윗코연골의 교차에 의하여 형성되고 마름모의 양단은 아랫코연골의 굴곡에 의하여 나타납니다.This form is a natural anatomic appearance. The top tip of the diamond shape is formed by intersection of the bottom and top nasal cartilage and both side of the diamond shape appears from the curve of the bottom and top nasal cartilage.
