Commonly they ask if the distance between the eyes will decrease if one has rhinoplasty done. It's not a wrong idea but it's normal to have a nose between the eyes. By that I mean if there is no nose or one has a low bridge; the eyes might seem rather more tight together since they tend to appear as a dot.
There must be a nose between the eyes which makes the whole face symmetrical.
However if the glabella is already tight then augmenting a bit will be appropriate. On the other hand if the eyes are far apart from each other it's ideal to make the implant a bit wider than usual.
