If you insert the silicone all the way down to the tip of the nose there will be two major problems. First since the nose tip carries no nasal septum cartilage that can support itself the tip may droop quite a bit and second is the escape of silicone


The problem of the escape of silicone cannot be solved by just trying to cover it up with cartilage or dermis fat. The silicone shouldn't dare go down the nose tip.
