이제부터 코끝수술에 대하여 기술하겠습니다.From now on I will write about the nose tip surgery.
흔히들 코끝수술하면 귀연골 한조각이나 엉덩이 진피 한조각을 넣는 것으로 이야기 합니다.Commonly people say that the material used for rhinoplasty is a piece of ear cartilage or the skin of buttocks.
하지만 과거의 방법이며 정식의 코끝수술이라 할 수 없습니다.But this is what we did in the past and we can't say that this is a formal rhinoplasty.
코상식 처음에 있듯이 받쳐주는 것없이 코끝에 무엇을 넣으면 시간이 지나면서 처지게 됩니다.
수술은 얼마간의 만족을 위하여 하는 것이 아닙니다. 몇년 몇십년 후에도 변화가 없는 결과의 수술이어야 합니다.A surgery is not something that people do just to feel satisfied for some time. It has to be something that brings no big changes in the future as well.
