The nasal tip surgery is about the lower lateral cartilage like the picture shown below. Nasal ridge can be augmented using silicone but the tip will droop if there is no structured form that is being supportive.

따라서 아랫코연골을 독립적으로 조작하여 코끝만을 올리게 됩니다. 즉 콧등따로 코끝 따로 올려야 합니다. 이렇게해야 소위 돼지코 모양도 만들 수 있으며 흔히 질문하는 코끝을 묶으면 나중에 풀린다는 문제도 해결이 됩니다. 코끝을 묶는 것만으로 너무 약하기 때문입니다.And so the lower lateral cartilage is manipulated independently to lift the nasal tip. The tip and the nasal ridge has to be augmented seperately.
