The basics of rhinoplasty is since the bottom nasal cartilage has no structure like a nasal septum that can support the nose tip. and so it would be much better to insert a structure that can be supportive. This process is called a Strut. Strut is a preliminary step for nasal tip surgery. It is not effective on its own when augmenting the nose but if this is accompanied by another surgery it will be very effective.
