This is an example of a nasal septum curve.

Keep in mind that there is a nasal cycle on both side of your nostrils which is not for respiratory but to make one side of the nose rest while the other breathe every hour. Therefore if the left nostril is blocked due to the nasal septum curve once the left nostril breathes and whenthe time comes of the right side to breathe then the blocked nostril becomes bored.
