The ideal ratio of face is the equal trisection of forehaed nose and chin including mouth.

Generally speaking most of our patients with small and flat nose are concerned with short nose.

However if the short nose is simply augmented the nose can look even shorter since skin gets pulled.

It's becuase when the nose is augmented skin gets pulled and the nose gets more turned up.

In this case the nose must be supported firmly before augmentation. Then the nose can get lengthened and the face can be in the right ratio.
