As I explained before this picture is a real case.
The nose became flat after the insertion of silicone so the silicone was replaced with gore-tex. If gore-tex is inserted all the way to the tip the results would be the same; but autologous cartilage was used for the tip.

실리콘 삽입후에 펑퍼짐 해진 코를 실리콘을 제거 후에 재수술한 경우입니다.
코끝까지 고어텍스를 넣는다면 그것도 마찬가지 입니다.
