The patient below had suffered from nose cancer and it's a picture of it reconstructed. To correct this kind of nose costal cartilage and skin of the forehead or other parts are used. Usually 3 surgeries are necessary: constructing the nose during the first surgery smoothing it 3 weeks later and revising it minutely.
