This is the case where the cleft nose transformation was very severe due to several undergone surgeries. This patient was hospitalized for 1week because of the swelling nasal roof but still the swelling didn't get any better. I have tried to correct the crooked and lifted part but I couldn'r do anything about the slight asymmetry due to cut off nasal wings. For this reason I feel that an another supplementary surgery is necessary to adjust the nasal wing and nasal roof.
