RIb cartilage was used to extend the contracted nose.
Revision of upturned nose is very difficult. This is a severely upturned nose. I will have to make a challenge. I am planning on using rib cartilage. It is impossible to correct this nose on the first surgery. It will need one or two more supplementary surgeries.
