This person didn't augment the nose but was naturally augmented when had his nasal septum reconstructed. 


This person got a saddened nose due to disappeared nasal septum. In this caseeven if I augment the noseit will go back to the normal state because it no longer carries the nasal septum cartilage.
So I am planning to use the rib cartilage to revise the nasal septum.
This is not a aesthetic surgery I would say that it's a revision surgery.
