Hello even if you had pre-maxillay augmentation 4 weeks ago there won't be any complications removing it nor will there be more damage. Removing it is a simple surgery compared to inserting it. No matter if you re-do the surgery or just have it removed the muscle will recover completely and will function normally.
Regardless if it's the first surgery or reposition the surgery itself is very simple. However in our case since we have enough skill and experience re-operation is very rare.

My question is that if i had just had this procedure done about 4 weeks ago and i think i need to take it out if you keep operate again and keep on lifting the muscle up will it have some kind of negative long term effect?? im afraid that my muscles are not fully recovered but the thing is i have to remove the implant because its bothering me.
