Complete septoplasty is essencial when dealing with crooked noses. In this patient's case the lower lateral cartilage is crooked so LLC was cut and fixed turning it around.
Gradually with development crooked noses can cause the existing shape of the nose to change. Therefore the correction of the crooked part and camouglaging it partly is important.
That was the first surgery and it wasn't complex. Deviations or other complications close to that are rather harder to operate.
