1)When you say camaflouge have you inserted a graft into the concave nasal bone on the left hand side.  I have read a book about something like this.  Thats a very straight nose in 295 is it possible to make deivations of this nature completely straight without the use of grafts or gortex to camaflouge the deviance.  You seem a very skillful surgeon in correcting the crooked nose.

2)when you straighten a crooked nose do you have to make it smaller.

3) Is rib cartiliage operation very painful is the donor site very painful.  You dont use irradiated rib cartiliage from a rib bank by any chance do you its just some american surgeon Dr Russell Kridell he was saying they both have very similiar propertys in terms of re-absorbation.  He says he frequently purchases the rib cartiliage and uses it instead of the patients own rib. Is this type of surgery possible with you?

>Hello
>Complete septoplasty is essencial when dealing with crooked noses. In this patient's case the lower lateral cartilage is crooked so LLC was cut and fixed turning it around.
>Gradually with development crooked noses can cause the existing shape of the nose to change. Therefore the correction of the crooked part and camouglaging it partly is important.
>That was the first surgery and it wasn't complex. Deviations or other complications close to that are rather harder to operate.

>>
>>Are deviations of the same nature very very difficult to correct where the nasal bones are concave and convex.  You seem very very skilled with your fractures and have made some very good correction on the warped noses.
>>
>>was case 295 a very difficult surgery?  what have you done on the bones thanks
