Thank you so much for your reply. If I do do plastic surgery it will be in mid-July before I go to university at the end of August....is that enough time?
I also have some questions on the specific procedures regarding my nose. I have a flat nose with a little bulb at the tip. I was looking at pictures on your website to match my nose. I would like a surgery to bring my nostrils in...like the photograph below:I defintely want to make the width of my nostrils smaller. My nose looks a bit like the photo below.

 
If i want to take away the bulby part of my nose by adding rib cartilage then will it bring my eyes closer together like the attachment diagram or will I have to get eye surgery to make it more slit-like?
