Rib cartilage is right. I will have to look up for the picture again but as soon as I find it I will post it up for you. There are other alar base reduction cases displayed in the "Recent Surgeries." If you want to augment pretty much then I do recommend rib cartilage. When augmenting over 6mm with a foreign substance such as silicone or gore-tex the risk of complications is too high.

여기에 최근수술보기에 많은 alar base reduction 경우들이 있다. 많은 높이를 원하면 rib car이 좋다. 실콘이나 고어등 이물질은 6mm이상 올리면 여러 문제의 발생 ㄱ능성이 아주 높다.
