In case of Asian noses crooked nose is not only crooked but it's also flat and hooked. This patient not only had a crooked nose but it was also flat. If the patient wants his nose made higher it is possible after straightening the nose. This patient lifted his nose-bridge as well. However no matter what there is an order lifting up the bridge. Before anything the nose is straightened out and then the rest is done.
