Hi Dr. Jung i had posted a question about case 637 and you had responded that you:
"I removed the silicone and lifted the nose-bridge decreasing the width of the nasal tip. I used gore-tex for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip."

how did you "lift the nose bridge" ? does lifting the nose bridge automatically reduce the "Bulbousness" of the nose?
