If the nose-bridge is lifted up the nasal point looks smaller.However if the nose-bridge is low it is lifted up (not necessarily to achieve the "reduced nasal-tip-look") anyway. Also since the silicone was removed lifting it up a bit is necessary. The results will be better if the nasal tip is reduced.
