There is no 100% correction in this world.Even God makes mistakes which means that human of course can't be perfect.You might have asked me if it could get improved since you are not satisfied.Well obviously it can improve.There is a limit of silicone though.
What do you refer as a"reduction?" Are you talking about reduction rhinoplasty? Well in that case yes you can have it both together.

reduction이란 무엇을 의미하는가? reduction rhinoplasty를 의미하는가?
그것은 같이 수술할 수 있다.
