Hi

I think septal cartilage is the best material for the tip plasty but the worst is medpore.
If a doctor uses medpore for the columella and alloderm for the tip the operation will be performed very easily.
Lower lateral cartilage is a freefloating structure. Then the nasal tip has to be soft and movable. Originally Medpore was developed to substitute bone and it's hard like a bone as well.
