Hello Dr. Jung

I would like to begin by saying that I am very impressed by your skill and thorough website which demonstrates it.  I am considering cosmetic surgery because I am not happy with the width of my nose and the way it spreads wide when I smile.  In December and January of this year I underwent Accutane treatment for my skin.  I was wondering what your thoughts were on scarring and Accutane.  Do you think I will be able to have surgery without scars even though the last time I took Accutane was in March?  Is it possible to have closed surgery only and achieve successful results?  I thank you for your time and patience.
