I am a bit confused about the charges. Could you list the prices for the below operations?

1) Revision rhinoplasty of silicone implant with cleft and reduction
2) Blepharoplasty
3) Blepharoplasty + Epicanthoplasty
4) Malar reduction

If different operations are done together would it be cheaper?

Do I pay in US dollars or Korean since exchange rates are different?

Also can I request for general anaesthetic?
