I am very interested in having you perform rhinoplasty on me.
I was consulting with a few plastic surgeons here in the US asking about the possible down sides of Goretex.  Overall they do think Goretex is a hihg-tolerance material which does has a lesser infection rate than silicone however at the same time they also say that because Goretex is a porous materia (which allows your own tissue to grow into it) Therefore in case of anything happens say infection revision it becomes very hard to remove and there's also the possibilities of leaving "residue" in side the nasal pocket. 
Dr. Jung is this true?  Can you please elaborate on the "cons" which Goretex might have?
