Sorry for being technical but I am still amazed that this nose had so much projection from just septal cartilage? Did u use cartilage on the bridge? or just the tip...his bridge is perfect.

right now i am deciding whether i should use rib cartilage or septal. If septal can achieve so much height and projection why do you sometimes use rib cartilage?

>Sorry to answer you now. That patient didn't use any implant. The tip was augmented with septal cartilage. It's always safe to use autologous cartilage for the tip.
