We also have a well-trained aesthetician who gives advice but I think that it's better if the doctor himself does it. In our clinic the doctors consult such matter himself.
I could also advice about which surgery will suit you such as epicanthoplasty since you mentioned it. The distance of the eyes and the height of your nose and other surrounding features will help to decide which surgery will do.
