Hi Dr. Jung i have a couple of questions

1.) What kind of material is the pre-maxillary implants made out of ? do you suggest fat grafting for that area or gore-tex?

2.) Will pre-maxillary implants change my smile and my lips? I love my smile that i have right now so im kind of scared that getting a pre-maxillary augmentation will change my smile....

3.) About what percent will gore-tex shrink after surgery??
