Dear Dr. Jung

I want to begin by complimenting your excellent website. My question is whether or not my own cartilage will has to be used in a rhinoplasty. I have somewhat of a bulbous nose and am interested in nose lift and reduction. However I'm a little hesitant about having another operation just to remove cartilage.
