I would like to book for consultation on the 6th of june. How much do you charge for the consultation? I assumed that the surgery would be appropriate the day after consultation (7th june) not the same day as the consultation.
What is the best way for the payment? travel cheque?

I have sent you an email as well. Could you please check it whether u have received it. The email is pretty big around 1.5 MB. Could you please advise me in advance of the pre and post operation what should be done and shouldnt. you can send me an email. thanks
