Hi

1) Usually Silicone and Gore-tex are used for the surgery. In my case I use Gore-tex. Sometimes in case much hypotrophic cheek both premaxillary augmentation and fat grafting are needed.

2) Up to 3 week (sometimes 4week) after surgery your smile and lip motion will be a little changed. After that time it will recover.

3) I think 10 to 30%. Then before insert we compress it and soaked with antibiotics solution. It will reduce shrinkage.
