Your visual is exactly normal.
I gave a little augmentation both nasion and tip area.
You know generally hump nose has elevated hump on the nasal bridge lower nasion and tip drooping. I used septal cartilage on the tip Gore-tex on the nasion through endonasal approach.
Now the board of recent surgery is under repair then the photographies are miss arranged. If you enter Korean site ID : guest password : japan you could see the whole hump nose.

I am asking because it looks to me like you also augmented the area between the eyes andimproved the tip.I amspecifically interested because I have a nose quite similar to that patient.
