1.)are there any complications with Gore-Tex? im sure there are some bad things about gore-tex?

- Gore-tex also have some problems which are infection and inflammation because that is artificial implant.
- How to use is more important.

2.)you have said before that it takes a skilled doctor to use gore-tex are you saying that silicone is easier to work with? since silicone is harder wouldnt it be harder to cut and shape?

- Carving is not a big problem. When a doctor give the surgery using the soft gore to insert into the nose is more difficult than harder silicone because of folding and irregular surface.

3.) What are the major differences between gore-tex and silicone besides that gore-tex is softer than silicone?

- I think soft gore could give more naturalness and there is no capsulation like silicone and tissue ingrowth through small porosity would reduce skin problem such shiny thin and transparent. 

4.) What can happen if a doctor is not that experienced in using Gore-tex?

- Unexperienced doctor could make many problems not just gore-tex.

>what time and day of the week is it best to perform surgery? I was thinking its best to go during the morning because that is when the doctor is most refreshed? or is it better to go during the afternoon after he has already performed a couple surgeries? Being that you are a doctor and you have experienced this you can tell me the most honest answer

- Usually I give 2-3 operations per day that is not a big stress what time or what order.
