1.) you mentioned under side effects of silicone that sometimes silicone causes the skin over it to be "Shiny" so that it looks obvious that one has had an implant. If a doctor uses a white colored silicone implant instead of a clear one would there be the same shiny problem. if so why?
2.) When gore-tex is used as an implant in the nose does it look less obvious that you have an implant in your nose than silastic?if so why?
