1.do you seem to find that patients who have had pre-maxillary implants have alot of facial swelling? and does this swelling affect the apperance of the nose.

2. For patients that have had tip-work is it common for patients after surgery to still have no definition in their noses due to surgery? I have a friend who has had tip-work done to his nose and his nose still looks very round and bulbous and if you look at is his nose from the front it still looks very much like before...what is your experience with how patients look after cast removal? i know there is "Gradual" improvement but is there a big improvement?
